The two Estring options you see are for the same medication and same manufacturer. The only difference between the two listings is the country of origin:

One option is sourced from Canada

The other option is sourced from the United Kingdom
If the product is shipping to the United States, a tariff surcharge applies based on the country of origin. Currently, the tariff rate is 35% on products from Canada and 10% on products from the United Kingdom.
Because of this difference in tariff rates, the United Kingdom–sourced Estring offers the best overall price when shipping to the U.S., even though the medication itself is identical.
