Yes! You can order in 100 tablets increments if that is what you prefer.
There is a drop down box to the left of the "Add to Cart" button, you can click there and change it to 100 tablets.
The reason it defaults to 300 tablets is because of the Tiered pricing, so you get the best price per pill when you get 300 at a time.
