We do not break the manufactures packaging so we might not be able to place an order for exactly 42 doses (3 a day x 14 days), however, we should be able to find a pack size close that would work depending on how the prescription is written. We suggest you call in to speak to one of our account specialists to assist you with your order. You can also speak directly to a pharmacist as well.
